I'm a nature photographer, so while booking a recent trip to Kefalonia, I started researching where the best nature spots are and the wildlife I could possibly see. It was actually quite difficult to find this information until I finally found Island Wildlife. There's loads of information on his site including species, locations etc. I contacted Pete and booked some guided walks and tours with him.

We went to very beautiful locations, including an overnight stay by a lake (where Pete arranged some very nice, reasonably priced accommodation also) and we loved all the places that we visited. Pete also shared information with us that helped us to see other wildlife on our own that we wouldn't have seen otherwise - including beech martens and European bee-eaters - two things on our wish list.

We absolutely loved Kefalonia, but it was definitely a much greater experience thanks to Pete's vast knowledge of the island nature life, his passion for sharing the knowledge with others and for his tolerance for accommodating all of our different requirements. He is great company and I highly recommend his walks and tours.
